November 05, 2005 - Late Late in the afternoon Me Hey I would just like to tell everyone that the form as been working for about 5 days now.. With some extra options. One problem though is that we are out of supplies. I would like everyone to go ahead and sign up anyway though. I also just found out that for the past few months the form has been working. Just sending the forms to another email. I checked it and found old requests. So I will also be sending those out. May God continue to bless everyone. Article by Josiah Wold November 02, 2005 - Me Right now I am up in Portage, Indiana. With my oldest brother Jonathan. I came up here because he is working something out with a dentist for me, so that I can get my teeth done in exchange for work. It's a long story, but I may mention some more about it later. I have some other things I need to do so I will bid everyone farewell. Article by Josiah Wold October 24, 2005 - Me/My Computer Well, its been along time since I posted on here. It is a very long story. But in short, when the un-named manufacturer of my computer installed the fan on my computer, they put it in backwards. It would be pushing air into my computer and not letting the hot air out. So it trapped the hot air inside the case. I had a lot of problems, so, of course it took quite along time to get everything sorted out. But in return for messing up my computer, I got a nice exchange for my computer. All my things were deleted but it was all things that I could get again. Most of all I am just glad that everything is back to normal. Now as for Josiahwold.com the form to sign up for the free book offer has never worked, the week my computer fried I was planning to fix it. So if anyone has signed up. I ask that you try and sign up once more one monday. I apoligize for the inconvenience. I also would like to add that my store to sell books has been down for awhile. I also plan to have that fixed by monday of next week. I also got 1000 business cards to give out. So I want to make it a point to give them all out before next year. I am not sure if it will happen or not though. I also have more things I am going to add later so keep logging on. Article by Josiah Wold August 09, 2005 - Me Yesterday I was going on a 14 mile bike ride to woodburn postoffice. And on the way back, after we past a VERY busy intersection with breaks of traffic sometimes only every five minutes, Joshua saw a kitten on the other side of the road. There was hardly any houses around so I knew he didn't belong there and since there was lots of traffic, I decided to stop and said here kitty kitty. You wouldn't believe it he came RUNNING across the road and straight into Joshua's hands. As soon as that happened Joshua put the cat into my backpack. I then drove home and went to the local golf course about 1 mile from our house. The owner has hundreds of cats around the golf course. So I knew this home would be better for the poor kitten. But you know whats amazing. Every time I dropped the kitten off at the new location he would come chasing after me. Even once when I put him up in a TREE he jumped down and chased me. Finally after many tries I got away fast enough. The moral of this story is this: The kitten saw his goal, and what was that? A better life with food and shelter. When that small oppurtunity hit him. He ran for it without looking back. Which got him to a better place. But then once he got to his goal he didn't open his eyes and realize he had already reached his goal. We shouldn't be like this in our spiritual lives either. We should always jump at the things God wants to give us. But we should also realize where the next step is. I really enjoyed having the kitten for the bit of time I did. He didn't even get mad at me on the bumpy ride to his new home. Which is another thing... We shouldn't worry if its a little bumpy on the way there. We should always look ahead at the prize at the end. I hope everyone has an awesome day. Article by Josiah Wold August 07, 2005 - Geocaching.com There is a website out there called: Geocaching.com. Which implements the use of GPSr systems. Which means Global Positioning Satelite receiver. What Geocaching.com is, is a website that has thousands of members that hide little "Geocaches" all over the world. When they hide something, they hide it and then use there GPSr to find out the coordinates. They then find a computer, go on the geocaching website, and create a "new cache file" and write down the coordinates. Someone else finds those coordinates and types them into their GPSr then they go look for the cache. If they find the cache they usually take an item and leave an item. Also they write in the logbook that they have been there. This game can sometimes be very challenging and also very easy. A good GPSr can run from 150-400 dollars. Depending on which features you like. Check out this awesome website, and don't forget to check out the forums. It will give you even more info on how to geocache. Article by Josiah Wold August 04, 2005 - Me, my computer O.o I had a frightful scare to day. To make a long story short. Tripped on a phone cord attached to my computer. It yanked my computer. It shut down etc. It wouldn't turn on. I talked with Brian Carlton. and he helped me get it fixed. Thanks Brian! Article by Josiah Wold August 03, 2005 - Me I finally got a form up. Thanks to my oldest brother Jonathan. You can now go to the front page, click on a link, a form will come up. Then you type in your contact information, and KAZAAM! It gets sent to my email. Awesome stuff. I have something on almost every page. But it will all be changing. I hope to make this a blast of a website. Baby is doing fine. Article by Josiah Wold July 29, 2005 - Me A month and a day since I last posted. I have been very bad. Just today around 4:30 in the morning my mom had her baby. 7 days overdue but as healthy as any other baby. It's a boy. 8.8 lbs, 21 inches long, and named Daniel. Also you may notice a redesign in the website. I think it looks alot nicer. I am still updating alot but it should all be back to normal by August 2nd. I don't have to much to say except that I hope to frequent my posts more. Article by Josiah Wold June 28, 2005 - Me Been very busy lately, forgot to update this here blog. I am promoting the book offer quite frequently but not to many people want to try it out. I would like to remind everyone that there info is NOT used anywhere else. Sold etc... It's hot lately around here in IN. My mom's baby could come any second also. (Looking forward to it) I had better get back to work but though I should update this. I hope to talk to everyone soon. Article by Josiah Wold June 07, 2005 - MILK Before I start this blog article let me tell you where I am coming from. I am a vegan. I don't drink milk, and I never have. Except on one or two occasions and I am never going to drink it again. I recently worked in a Dairy. This was one of the cleanest dairys you could find. But let me tell you. It was still very un-sanitary. The man would be milking the cows, and sometimes when he is pulling the milkers out the cow goes potty. And the milkers suck up all of the stuff, and you will see the glass jar with the milk in it turn brownish or yellow. It all goes through a tiny filter and straight into the bulk tank. The bulk tank is emptied every other day, and then this is sent straight to the big plants. Where they mix it in with all the other milk. Then bottle it and send it to you. I can't remember the exact amount. But the legal amount of germs allowed in the milk is over 10%. As for cheese, after I learned that all it really was is mold. I stopped eating it. Do some more researching of your own. But don't be fooled by some sites that say everything is fine and dandy. Because it isn't! Article by Josiah Wold June 01, 2005 - WheresGeorge.com Have you ever wondered where the money you have in your hand has come from? Or where it will go after you spend it? Well since 1999 there's a way to find out! It's called Wheres George? An online money tracking website. Over one million users use it, and over one hundred and one million bills have been entered in there online tracking system. I came across wheresgeorge.com about 3 years ago on a dollar bill. But unfortunately only barely looked at the website and brushed it off. Well recently I picked up TWO dollar bills at the same time that both had wheresgeorge.com stamped on it in red ink(Most of the big wigs on wheresgeorge.com use rubber stamps to stamp the currency when they receive it) So I checked it out again, and marveled at how much it had improved. When someone finds a bill that has already been stamped with wheresgeorge.com or that someone wrote wheresgeorge.com on it. Then they enter it online and spend it. Then wait for the next person to enter it online that way everyone can see how far it went! One of the best things about this website, is that it is 100% free. There is a couple of ads, because what can you expect? It is run and funded by one man. You can of course get a couple of extra extras by paying a small monthly fee. But the main parts to the website are completely FREE. Check it out today! You will never look at George the same! ;) Article by Josiah Wold Updates on the First day of every week minimum.
